At Avera we believe that the best results come from consistent use. Because our products are designed to be integrated into your daily routine, we offer a specialized 60-Day Performance Guarantee.

To qualify for a refund on a used product, you must demonstrate that the product was used as directed for a full 60-day period without achieving the intended results.

1. The "Daily Verification" Requirement

To ensure the integrity of a satisfaction claim, customers must provide proof of consistent daily usage. This is a mandatory requirement for any refund request regarding product performance:

  • Daily Video/Photo Log: You must maintain a daily visual record (video or high-resolution photo) showing the product being used according to the "Directions for Use" provided at the time of purchase.

  • Time-Stamp Metadata: All 60 files must contain original, unedited metadata confirming the date and time of the recording. This timeline must begin within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date.

  • Sequential Proof: The log must show 60 consecutive days of use. Any gap in the daily log exceeding 24 hours will void the Performance Guarantee.

2. Claim Submission Process

If you have reached Day 61 and have not seen the expected results despite perfect adherence to the regimen:

  1. Submit Your Evidence: Contact our support team at orders@averastore.co with your Order Number and a link to a cloud-hosted folder (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox) containing all 60 time-stamped files.

  2. Verification Period: Our team will review the metadata and visual evidence within 5–7 business days to ensure compliance with the 60-day streak requirement.

  3. Return Authorization: Once verified, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You must return the physical product (empty or used) to our fulfillment center at your own expense.

3. Final Sale Policy

  • No Unused Returns: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or for products that have not been used. Once an order is placed and processed, it is considered a final sale.

  • No Early Returns: Refund requests submitted before the 60-day trial period is complete will not be considered.

  • Shipping & Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. Policy Limitations

  • Fraud Prevention: Avera reserves the right to deny any claim where the provided media appears to be edited, duplicated, or tampered with.

  • Single Claim: The 60-Day Guarantee is limited to one claim per customer, per product category.
