SECTION 2 - FINAL SALE & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Standard Returns: We do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind," "unopened items," or "accidental orders."

60-Day Performance Guarantee: Refunds are exclusively available through our Performance Guarantee. This requires the customer to provide a daily, time-stamped video or photo log documenting 60 consecutive days of product use as directed.

Verification: Failure to provide a complete 60-day log with valid metadata will result in the immediate denial of a refund request.

Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are non-refundable.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Timeline: Our standard shipping window is 6–15 business days. However, this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Extended Delays: You agree that delivery may exceed 15 business days due to global logistics instabilities, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier that are lost or stolen.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
