At Avera, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products directly to your door. Because we curate our inventory from global fulfillment centers to ensure the best value for our customers, our shipping process is designed for reliability over raw speed.
1. Standard Shipping Timelines
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, the following estimated delivery windows apply:

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.
2. Potential for Extended Delays
While we strive to meet the 15-day window, please note that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer than 15 business days due to factors outside of our direct control, including but not limited to:

High Demand: Seasonal peaks or viral product trends.

Customs Processing: International inspections and clearing procedures.

Global Logistics Instabilities: Unexpected interruptions in global transit routes or carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking & Status
Once your tracking number is active, it may take 3–5 business days for the carrier to update the initial status. If your package appears to be "stuck" at a sorting center, it is usually just transitioning between logistics partners and is still in transit.
4. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Avera is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer or for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
5. Multiple Shipments
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple different products may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment at no additional cost.
